How pay works

£50–60/hour, indicative

  • An hourly rate for each client meeting you hold, paid monthly.
  • A bonus on top, driven by your clients' own feedback.

Your exact figures arrive in the offer letter, not before.

One form, then a call. There is no multi-step application.

About the role

You look after the clients of our partner agencies, under the agency's name. You run the monthly strategy meeting and keep the relationship steady, whilst our team handles the day to day written communication.

What you would be doing

  • Run the monthly strategy meeting for each client in your portfolio.
  • Keep each client clear on what was delivered and what comes next.
  • Raise anything that puts the account at risk with the partner agency early.
  • Represent the partner agency's brand, never our own.

What we are looking for

  • You have managed client relationships at an agency.
  • You are happy to work under another company's name.
  • You can hold a calm conversation when a client is unhappy.
  • UK based, and set up to invoice as a contractor.

How the engagement works

  1. You are engaged as a self-employed independent contractor, never on payroll.
  2. Each engagement is a three-month project with a start date and an end date.
  3. A project can be extended, shortened or ended early, depending on the client and how the work goes.
  4. Renewal is a fresh agreement, reviewed on what you delivered. It is not automatic.
  5. You invoice us. You handle your own tax and National Insurance, and there is no PAYE.
  6. Remote, and you decide when the work gets done.

What happens next

  1. Your assessment call

We talk the role through, and draft a proposal for one of your own clients.

  2. Our decision

Within two working days of the call.

  3. Offer and contract

The offer letter carries your exact figures, signed in a few taps.
