How pay works

£32–60/hour, indicative

  • An hourly rate for the client work you do, paid monthly.
  • A bonus on top, driven by your clients' own feedback.

Your exact figures arrive in the offer letter, not before.

One form, then a call. There is no multi-step application.

About the role

You are the account manager for a small portfolio of our social media management clients. You set the content direction and hold the relationship, and our creators and community team deliver behind you.

What you would be doing

  • Own the content plan across each client account and platform.
  • Brief and approve what our creators and designers produce.
  • Run the monthly client call and report on reach and engagement.
  • Flag when a client would be better served by paid promotion.

What we are looking for

  • You have managed social accounts for agency clients.
  • You have a clear view of what good looks like on each platform.
  • You are comfortable being the client-facing name on the account.
  • UK based, and set up to invoice as a contractor.

How the engagement works

  1. You are engaged as a self-employed independent contractor, never on payroll.
  2. Each engagement is a three-month project with a start date and an end date.
  3. A project can be extended, shortened or ended early, depending on the client and how the work goes.
  4. Renewal is a fresh agreement, reviewed on what you delivered. It is not automatic.
  5. You invoice us. You handle your own tax and National Insurance, and there is no PAYE.
  6. Remote, and you decide when the work gets done.

What happens next

  1. Your assessment call

We talk the role through, and draft a proposal for one of your own clients.

  2. Our decision

Within two working days of the call.

  3. Offer and contract

The offer letter carries your exact figures, signed in a few taps.

We work with funded companies, investors and agencies, providing fully managed growth teams whose pay is linked to client outcomes rather than to hours worked. Partners are engaged the same way: a fixed rate for the project, plus a share of the upside on the clients you manage.
