How pay works

£40–58/hour, indicative

  • An hourly rate for the client work you do, paid monthly.
  • A bonus on top, driven by your clients' own feedback.

Your exact figures arrive in the offer letter, not before.

One form, then a call. There is no multi-step application.

About the role

You are the account manager for clients who take dedicated part-time or full-time people from our talent network. You make sure each placement is working for the client and for the person placed.

What you would be doing

  • Hold a regular check-in with each client about their placed resource.
  • Catch a placement that is not working before the client has to raise it.
  • Brief our team when a client needs another person or a different skill.
  • Keep start dates and changes to a placement clear for everyone involved.

What we are looking for

  • You have managed clients in recruitment, staffing or an agency.
  • You can give honest feedback to a client and to a contractor.
  • You are comfortable being the client-facing name on the account.
  • UK based, and set up to invoice as a contractor.

How the engagement works

  1. You are engaged as a self-employed independent contractor, never on payroll.
  2. Each engagement is a three-month project with a start date and an end date.
  3. A project can be extended, shortened or ended early, depending on the client and how the work goes.
  4. Renewal is a fresh agreement, reviewed on what you delivered. It is not automatic.
  5. You invoice us. You handle your own tax and National Insurance, and there is no PAYE.
  6. Remote, and you decide when the work gets done.

What happens next

  1. Your assessment call

We talk the role through, and draft a proposal for one of your own clients.

  2. Our decision

Within two working days of the call.

  3. Offer and contract

The offer letter carries your exact figures, signed in a few taps.
