About the role
You are the account manager for a small portfolio of our sales and demand generation clients. You own the outbound plan and the client relationship, and our callers and email team run the cadence behind you.
What you would be doing
- Own the targeting, messaging and volume plan for each client.
- Review call and email results each week and decide what changes.
- Run the monthly client call and report on meetings booked.
- Flag when a client would get more from signals or list building.
What we are looking for
- You have run outbound or demand generation for B2B clients.
- You can read a pipeline and tell a client what it means.
- You are comfortable being the client-facing name on the account.
- UK based, and set up to invoice as a contractor.
How the engagement works
- You are engaged as a self-employed independent contractor, never on payroll.
- Each engagement is a three-month project with a start date and an end date.
- A project can be extended, shortened or ended early, depending on the client and how the work goes.
- Renewal is a fresh agreement, reviewed on what you delivered. It is not automatic.
- You invoice us. You handle your own tax and National Insurance, and there is no PAYE.
- Remote, and you decide when the work gets done.
